Good, but it could use a tutorial, teaching 3 x 3 x 2 x 2 x 2 = 72. How many 2's or 3's you have in your selection would be a useful tooltip. Something like {9, 9, 2, 2} => "4 [3] 2 [2]." When you have 9,9,2,2 selected, the tooltip shows that you have 4 3's and 2 2's.
Indeed there’s a lot I could do to smooth the experience, I don’t know how much I would do it though. at the moment I like the feeling of learning curve people experience when playing, slowly getting to the point where they can reliably get to a point where they find all the combinations.
Having a lot of fun with this so far, but I'm commenting because I need to know why the thinking emoji appears. I had assumed it was after the penultimate match, but I don't think it can be, based on some games that it has appeared during.
The 🤔 appear when I find only one move available.
However there is a bug where sometimes I mistakenly count a move several times. On top of that, one move can remove more than one possibility (for instance if a cell is used in more than one combination) or a move can reveal other moves.
I’m not sure it is a usefull feature, broadly, you can interpret it as the game is almost over, but maybe not.

oh cool, yeah that's basically what I assumed but it's nice to have confirmation
my best yet: 1362! Great game! Showed to my dad who's really into 2048 and he liked it :)
Congratulations 🎉 I’m glad you liked it as well as your dad ♥️

In medium, the maximum score theoretically can reach
165 * 166 / 2 = 13695⭐
Assuming a perfect grid configuration and a perfect play
Nice! My best so far:
